MovePlay (“the App”) is developed and provided by Bitwise Software, SL. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
MovePlay does not collect, store, or transmit any photos, videos, or audio recordings. The App uses the device’s camera solely for real-time motion and gesture detection. This detection happens entirely on the device and no image, video, or recording is saved or sent to our servers.
2. Information We May Collect
We may collect non-personal information such as crash reports, performance data, and anonymized analytics. This helps us improve the App and provide a better user experience. We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or address unless you voluntarily provide them (for example, if you contact us for support).
3. Children’s Privacy
MovePlay is designed for children ages 6 and older, under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for consenting to their child’s use of the App. We comply with applicable child privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because we do not collect personal information from children, no parental consent mechanism is required for data collection.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to third parties. Limited non-personal data (such as crash reports) may be processed by trusted service providers (e.g., Apple, or Google analytics/crash reporting tools) solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving the App.
5. Security
Although MovePlay does not store sensitive data, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we may process (such as anonymized diagnostics) from unauthorized access or disclosure.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases and subscriptions are handled directly through the Apple App Store under your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple’s privacy policies also apply when you make a purchase.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice within the App.
